Lead Consultant- QA UFT

Lead UFT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. 

Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into UFT solutions. 

Architect and design UFT solutions tailored to client requirements, considering scalability, reliability, and performance. 

Lead and mentor a team of UFT consultants, providing technical guidance, training, and support. 

Implement best practices and quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of UFT solutions. 

Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. 

Stay updated on UFT trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 

Years of experience in UFT (Unified Functional Testing) with a strong understanding of automation testing principles and methodologies. 

Proven experience leading UFT projects, including solution design, implementation, and team management.
