Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Analyse test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Continuously improve the test automation framework and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

Lead and oversee the development and execution of automated test strategies using Cypress.

Define and implement best practices for test automation and quality assurance processes.

Collaborate with clients to understand their testing needs and provide strategic recommendations.

Mentor and guide junior team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and QA engineers on best practices for test automation and JavaScript development.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and JavaScript development and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
