Responsibilities
:Design, develop and maintain Tableau CRM solutions tailored to meet business objectives and user requirements.
Build data models, datasets, and dashboards in Tableau CRM to visualize complex data sets and KPIs.
Implement best practices for data visualization, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability of dashboards.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.
Optimize Tableau CRM performance through efficient data modeling and dashboard design.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise within the CRM environment, providing timely and effective solutions.
Work closely with data engineers and administrators to ensure data integrity, security, and scalability.
Provide training and support to end users on Tableau CRM functionality and usage.
Stay updated on Tableau CRM features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously improve analytics solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Tableau CRM with other systems and data sources as needed.
