Responsibilities
Technical SME for tools, ensuring the smooth coverage and sustenance of tool
Mapping the Infrastructures needs with tools deliverables and ensure effectiveness on ground
Work with internal /external team, understand their requirement and how it tools & automation can help to deliver the result effectively
Holding the technical ground at micro level for any kind of open issues related to tools & automation
Playing accountable role for tools & automation vertical
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Graduate in engineering/IT
Certification of Solarwind or any monitoring tools
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Hands-on experience of implementing & supporting the tools (Solarwind, LogicMonitor,
ISE,Tufin etc.) technically
