Responsibilities

 Mailbox sizing, license distribution and alignment, Microsoft Entra ID, Enterprise applications, SSO, App registrations, Intune endpoint manager, MDM/WIP, RBAC, custom domain names, Security, monitoring, Manage Engine tools, exchange, outlook client, federation, MFA, external identities. SharePoint, teams, teams calling, security and compliance, Identity, Copilot, power apps. Hardening of O365 configuration

 

User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within O365.

 

Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support for O365 functionality to ensure effective utilization.

 

Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, diagnose issues, and resolve technical problems promptly.

 

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to SharePoint Online configuration, processes, and procedures.
