Job Title: Senior MSD Integration & API Specialist – Field Service
Experience: 5-8 years
Key Responsibilities
1. Dynamics 365 Field Service Expertise
- Lead solution design and implementation within Dynamics 365 Field Service, including work orders, scheduling, assets, and resource management.
- Configure and customize Field Service modules as per business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.
2. Integration & API Development
- Design and develop integration solutions between Dynamics 365 (Field Service) and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Mobility, etc.).
- Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs, middleware, and microservices for system interoperability.
- Utilize Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Power Automate) or other integration tools.
- Develop secure, scalable APIs adhering to organizational governance and versioning standards.
