Job Description

Responsibilities

Participate into the teams to find automation opportunities and draft execution plan
Working closely with project leads to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the completion of tasks and projects.
Involving in strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business objectives with leadership chain, team and with customers.
Coordinate activities which enforce Development improvements, CI and CD
Excellent logical/analytical, problem-solving skills and a good Team player. Should be able to work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
Should be willing to work in shifts when required.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a pro-active attitude.
Capable of performing under pressure and within set timelines.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: AWS DevOps, Scripting skill (shell/bash), Databricks, Python, GitHub Enterprise server management.
Knowledge and working experience of designing event driven CI/CD pipeline is highly desired.
Designing CI/CD pipelines for projects using AWS codebuild, codepipeline, AWS Cloud Formation.
Troubleshooting skills for CI/CD pipeline.
Prior working experience in building and implementing CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Databricks, Python or similar technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience in GitHub Enterprise server management- Branching Strategy, Branch Protection, Code owner, .github etc.
Hands-on experience in collaborating and supporting developers to resolve DevOps related issues.
Prior Knowledge of CI/CD with databricks using AWS.
Prior knowledge and working experience of AWS technologies like VPC, subnet, cloud formation, code build, code pipeline, Secret Manager, S3 , IAM etc ...
Hands-on experience in working with ticketing tools like Service Now and project management tools like Jira.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for projects using tools like AWS DevOps, Cloud Formation, GitHub.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation to provision and manage infrastructure resources in cloud environments.
Collaborate with development teams to implement scalable and resilient architectures for cloud applications.
Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Knowledgeable on SDLC, unit testing frameworks
Experience with software development tools and standards e.g. coding conventions, best practices, design patterns as well as development methodologies e.g. waterfall, iterative, agile
