Job Description
Responsibilities

Solid understanding of Microsoft SCCM and Intune environments

Manage Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktops (Deployment, Troubleshooting, Monitoring)
-
Ensure all Windows, Security and Driver updates are regularly applied to desktops
-
Oversee QA testing of all new laptop\desktop hardware
-
Oversee the evaluation, testing, and deploying all client facing applications
-
Manage and maintain Active Directory / Azure Active Directory Users, Computers, and Objects

Maintain high level of knowledge and expertise in core enterprise environments: Active Directory, SCCM, Windows Update methodologies, Endpoint Security

Implementing, administering and troubleshooting cloud solutions and tools.

Manage and maintain Active Directory / Azure Active Directory Users, Computers, and Objects

Acting as a technical subject matter expert by keeping abreast of new industry standards and the latest technologies.

Assist in managing and resolving tickets in Level 3 support queue
