Job Description
Responsibilities
Utilize Varonis' automatic preventative and detective actions to ensure client data is secure. For example, enable self-healing permissions to remove any global access group (GAG) that exposes data to all employees.
Connect Varonis to various security and privacy tools within the client's tech stack via ready-made apps and API-based integrations.
Experience in migration of Varonis from On-premises to SaaS solutions
Creation and enforcement of policies, retention, and data usage.
Real time alerts creation and monitoring.
Experience in Auto labelling and migrations to SharePoint
Conduct data discovery and classification across various file systems to identify sensitive data.
Implement investigation tools provided by Varonis to detect suspicious incidents faster than other existing solutions.
Use battle-tested methods for complex multi-petabyte environments like those used by militaries and Fortune 100 companies for complete, current, and contextual data classification.
Analyse user access patterns to detect potential security risks and anomalies using Varonis UBA.
Investigate data breaches and incidents related to unstructured data.
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Varonis solutions.
Generate reports on data security posture and provide recommendations for remediation
Educate clients on best practices for using Varonis tools effectively.
Coordinate, assist, or lead global Information Security requirements and regional privacy requirements and improve the InfoSec maturity journey
Align regional information security and privacy requirements with that of global organization wide requirements and ensure relevant cybersecurity and privacy laws are factored in
Represent Genpact InfoSec and privacy during customer assessments/ audits and similar activities and address audit requirements as applicable (includes coordinating with all applicable teams and stakeholders)
Develop and implement periodic security assessment framework as per clients contractual requirements and Genpacts InfoSec policies. Present such assessments to Genpact leadership and Client teams as required
Support organization wide certification efforts, such as ISO 27001, PCI etc.
Look for continual improvement in the client account and region by incorporating global leading practices and strive to standardize as per organizational directives
Research and share perspectives on applicable regulations and changes relevant to the business or industry environment in the region
