Responsibilities


Experience in SAP Basis administration with expertise in design, Implementation, Upgrade, OS/DB migrations, Performance Optimization, Integration, DR & HA, Change Mgmt. & Operations. Installation and implementation of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA on premise and cloud, SAP BI, SAP Business Objects, PI, Portal, SRM, CRM, BPM and MDM/MDG, SAP on Microsoft/Amazon SQL Server, SAP Mobile platform, AWS, Azure and Microsoft Platform Technologies.
Strong knowledge in SAP Fiori, SAP NWGW, SUP, SMP, SAP PI. Manages the SAP support team in areas such as; development of customer support processes (internal and external), technical planning, and work coordination.
Responsible for the development, execution and measurement of effective service level agreements. Plans, recommends and monitors SAP Administration (Basis), Unix OS and Oracle database. Ensures effective security, operation and peak performance of SAP environments.
Participates in the establishment of the technical direction required for the IT team to meet the organizations goals. Responsible for development, maintenance and testing of contingency plans, hardware maintenance and lifecycle planning for the software, hardware and networking assets affecting SAP. Recommends, implements and assures compliance with policy and procedures affecting computing technology. Should be conversant with refresh activity, Patch administration, Kernel upgrades, Add on installations and L3 activities of Patching and Performance analysis. Expertise in System release upgrades, EHP upgrades, Support pack upgrades, New Installations, OS DB migration is essential. Should have hands on experience on databases like HANA/DB2/SQL. Hana patching & performance analysis, Hana Upgrade and installations.
Experience on Tenant database concepts architectural knowledge on MDC tenant database concepts Creation of Tenant. Manages SAP Support projects including scheduling the work, ensuring availability of resources, material etc., and ensures the quality of the deliverables.
Provides input and assistance to other IT projects. Participates in the setting of objectives, strategies, plans, programs, performance standards/measures and procedures, as a member of the IT Management team.
Good communication skill desirable.
