Job Description
Responsibilities
• Provide operational support for cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and operate TypeScript, Node.js, and React applications.
• Automate and streamline operations and processes using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Monitor system health and performance, and respond to incidents, outages, and alerts.
• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across all environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production issues promptly.
• Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and operational requirements.
