Job Description
Compensation Management:
Develop, implement, and manage compensation strategies that align with the company's goals, industry standards, and financial capabilities.
Conduct regular analyses to ensure compensation structures remain competitive and equitable, considering market trends and internal factors.
Oversee salary benchmarking, bonus programs, incentives, and other monetary rewards.
Benefits Administration:
Design and administer comprehensive benefits packages that attract and retain talent while complying with legal regulations.
Manage health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks, ensuring they meet employees' needs and preferences.
Communicate benefit offerings effectively to employees and provide guidance on utilizing them.
Automation Strategy:
Identify areas for process improvement and automation within HR operations related to compensation and benefits.
Implement and oversee the adoption of automation tools and technologies to streamline administrative tasks, enhance accuracy, and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate automation solutions effectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to derive insights into compensation trends, benefit utilization, and automation effectiveness.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, offering actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Compliance and Legal Adherence:
Ensure all compensation, benefits, and automation practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead a team responsible for compensation, benefits administration, and automation initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking innovative ways to enhance compensation, benefits, and automation processes.
Qualification : MBA / PG diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
Experience : 10- 15 Years
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal, partnering, prioritizing and organizational skills.
- Highly developed oral and written communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in imparting training and presentations skills.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders especially at senior level.
