We are Hiring- Lead Community Manager
Moonfrog Labs builds social mobile games played by millions, including Ludo Club, Teen Patti Gold, Parchis Club, and Rummy Gold . Our communities matter. They shape the games, surface the truth, and keep things fun.
The role
- This role sits at the centre of players and product.
- Youll launch and lead the community for Ludo Club , then scale what works across Moonfrogs portfolio. Expect a mix of strategy and execution: content, conversations, creators, LiveOps, events, player feedback, and crisis handling when needed.

What youll do?
Community strategy & growth
- Own community growth and health across Discord, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, and X
- Design conversations that sustain themselves: prompts, AMAs, livestreams, rituals, and major update comms
- Partner with Game and LiveOps teams on multi-geo content calendars and in-game beats
- Align community comms with marketing and product so launches feel cohesive
- Lead fast, sharp moment marketing tied to viral trends in our key geographies
Programs & events
- Ship tournaments, UGC contests, community events, and player council meetups with clear goals and wrap-ups
- Own the creator program end-to-end: sourcing, onboarding, briefs, cadence, and performance reporting
- Identify and activate ambassadors, advocates, and superusers with meaningful perks
Team & player operations
- Guide social media agencies on content, moderation, ORM, and execution quality
- Triage issues, escalate internally, and close the loop with players and developers
- Protect community health: set guidelines, train moderators, manage conflicts and crises
Analytics & improvement
- Track and report key community signals via dashboards, KPIs, experiments, and weekly/monthly reviews
- Use GenAI tools to speed up content creation, tagging, clipping, and sentiment analysis with strong human QA
What youll bring
- 68 years in community, social, or influencer management, ideally in games or consumer entertainment
- Deep fluency in pop culture and platform dynamics across Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Proven ownership of creator programs and partner relationships
- Clear leadership and communication across teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgment around budgets, targets, and trade-offs
- Hands-on experience with analytics, social listening, and scheduling tools
- Comfort using GenAI with a quality-first mindset
Nice to have
- Experience across Tier-1 and growth markets
- On-camera or on-stage confidence
- Multilingual skills
- Offline meetups or tournament ops experience
How success is measured
- Community growth & engagement: MAU, cohort retention, post engagement, social referrals, event participation
- Conversation quality: sentiment trends, report rates, brand mentions
- Service & speed: time to first response and resolution
- Creator impact: cadence, reach, CTR, installs/reactivations, ROI
- LiveOps lift: engagement and retention during community-led beats
- UGC health: submissions, completion rates, share-through
