Lead Cloud and AI Engineer

We are hiring a Lead Cloud and AI Engineer to join a large enterprise team building production grade, cloud native Generative AI solutions. This is a senior, hands on role for someone who has led GenAI deployments on Microsoft Azure and wants ownership from design through production.

This position is hybrid onsite three days per week in Bangalore and is only open to immediate or 30 day joiners.

Compensation 35 - 45 LPA base plus 7% to 10% variable pay

What you will do

• Design and deploy cloud native Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Build and operationalize LLM multimodal speech to text and text to speech workloads
• Work with Azure OpenAI and open source models such as Llama and Mistral
• Develop and manage CI CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform Bicep or ARM templates
• Ensure security by design AI governance and alignment with global AI regulations
• Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable production systems

What we are looking for

• Seven plus years of experience in Cloud and AI
• Three plus years of hands on Generative AI experience in production environments
• Strong Microsoft Azure background including Azure ML Functions Container Apps and Cognitive Services
• Experience with LangChain LlamaIndex or similar GenAI frameworks
• Strong DevOps and infrastructure as code experience
• Ability to work hybrid onsite in Bangalore
• Immediate or 30 day availability is required

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
