About the Role

The Lead Clinical Psychologist will oversee the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological services. This role involves direct patient care, supervision of staff, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments and therapy to patients.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff development.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) preferedable Mphil in clinical psychologist from an accredited institution.
• RCI Licensed to practice psychology in the state.

Required Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
