About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated professionals who can operate at the intersection of technology delivery, client success, and hands-on implementation. This hybrid role blends the strengths of a Technical Project Manager with the practical execution skills of an Implementation Engineer.

You will guide projects from initial discovery all the way to successful go-lives, working closely with clients, internal product teams, and technical stakeholders. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while ensuring seamless project delivery, this role is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client implementations, from project kickoff through deployment and post-go-live transition.
  • Manage client delivery expectations and maintain strong relationships that support long-term customer success.
  • Conduct data discovery, data mapping, and requirement-gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solution alignment and successful rollout.
  • Clearly articulate product features, technical capabilities, and solution approaches during client discussions.
  • Participate actively in technical deep-dives, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines with strong communication and ownership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of experience in Client Delivery, Client Success, or Technical Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering implementations from inception to go-live.
  • Solid understanding of data concepts, data flows, and integration fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data handling, scripting, or automation.
  • Strong grasp of AWS or Azure cloud concepts and modern cloud architectures.
  • Ability to conduct data discovery and mapping sessions with both technical and business users.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage in technical conversations with client engineering teams.
  • A proactive problem solver who can balance project priorities and technical execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS implementations or product onboarding.
  • Exposure to API integrations, ETL workflows, or cloud-native data pipelines.
  • Technical certifications in AWS, Azure, or Python (optional but advantageous).
