Job Purpose:

The Lead- CAM / CRM will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services. This role demands strong client engagement, follow-up, and coordination capabilities, along with a sharp focus on candidate management, data tracking, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Account Management:

  • Understand revenue targets by client and align internal efforts accordingly.
  • Interface with clients to gather new requirements and hiring plans.
  • Conduct periodic client visits to nurture relationships and improve service delivery.
  • Represent the organization in discussions involving challenging client expectations.
  • Obtain advance hiring plans and maintain consistent engagement with client HR teams.
  • Assist clients and candidates in offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

Position Management & Operations Coordination:

  • Brief internal operations teams on new client requirements.
  • Create and manage new positions in the ERP system.
  • Share job inputs for daily work allocation.
  • Attend operations huddles as required and ensure updates are shared regularly on ATS

Candidate & Interview Management:

  • Verify CVs and submit them to clients as per the requirement.
  • Track feedback on submitted CVs and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Minimize client rejections by understanding and addressing rejection reasons.
  • Schedule interviews and hiring manager calls; host and facilitate interviews as required.
  • Share candidate lists with clients when availability is limited and criteria are rigid.
  • Maintain regular communication with selected/offered candidates until joining.
  • Conduct second-level calls to assess candidate interest for critical/niche positions.
  • Drive candidate engagement for at least 3 niche positions weekly.

Reporting, Tracking & MIS:

  • Maintain and update open position inventory.
  • Ensure periodic clean-up of on-hold and inactive positions.
  • Share MIS reports with clients on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.
  • Update client master data and branding elements in the ERP to enhance candidate engagement.

Financial Coordination:

  • Follow up on pending invoices and debtors collection.
  • Track and resolve any issues related to the CTC of joined candidates.
  • Ensure accurate billing and follow-up on receivables.

Business Development:

  • Support new client acquisition through existing client networks and HR contacts.

  • Client Handling & Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Probing & Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand client needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Follow-up & Ownership: Consistent follow-through and proactive issue resolution.
  • Data Orientation: Skilled at maintaining data integrity and using data to drive decisions.
  • Presentation: Proficient in creating and delivering client-facing presentations.
  • Team Coordination: Effective in collaborating with operations and recruitment teams.
