Job Description
• Team Leadership & Strategic Alignment: Lead the team effectively, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and guiding day-to-day operations, including handling internal and external escalations.
• Technical Expertise in Voice & VoIP Technologies: Possess strong knowledge of VoIP services, voice domain technologies (including VoIP Interconnects, NTFS/ITFS, DID services), and routing management for voice switches to support service delivery and meet business needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with senior leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and project execution.
• Change Management & Risk Mitigation: Oversee change initiatives, assess potential risks, and incorporate necessary checks in MOPs/SOPs to ensure smooth and safe transitions.
• Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Monitor the progress and effectiveness of changes, make necessary adjustments, and ensure strict adherence to functional procedures and best practices.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure strict adherence and compliance to Network to National and International regulatory guidelines
