Lead Calling Executive – Interior Design

Role: Telecalling / Lead Calling Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Loft Studio is looking for a Lead Calling Executive who can connect with homeowners who have shown interest in interior design services and help convert inquiries into consultation meetings.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our services and guiding them toward their dream home interiors.

Call and follow up with interior design leads (people building homes or buying flats/villas)

Understand client requirements and project details

Briefly explain Loft Studios end-to-end turnkey interior services

Schedule design consultation meetings with our design team

Maintain lead details and follow-up status

Build trust and rapport with potential customers

Good communication skills in English and Kannada

Comfortable speaking with new people and understanding their needs

Basic sales or telecalling experience preferred

Interest in home interiors, architecture, or design is a plus
