Lead- Business Ops and Customer Experience

Were growing fast, and Im looking for a versatile builder to join us. In a pre-Series A startup, titles are fluidbut your impact won't be. Youll be the bridge between our operations, our customers, and our growth.

The Role: Wear Multiple Hats

This isn't a corporate "siloed" role. Youll be working directly with the founders to own the Mandir Puja & Chadhava experience. One day youre setting up the tech for customer support, the next youre figuring out how to make our operations 10x faster.

• Own the Journey: Youll oversee the customers path from booking a Puja to receiving their Prasad. Youll spot where things get stuck and build the "playbook" to fix them.
• Build the "Voice of LifeGuru": Youll set up the tools (CRM, WhatsApp, etc.) and the tone for how we talk to our users. You'll track CSAT & NPS because we believe in being 1% better every day.
• A Revenue Mindset: Youll manage our "Relationship Desk" for power users. Here, great service isn't just about solving ticketsits about building trust that brings users back.
• Ops + Tech: Youll work with our product and tech squads to automate the boring stuff so we can focus on the big stuff.
• Experiment & Launch: Got a better way to handle Chadhava deliveries? Want to test a new service? Youll have the freedom to ship it and see it work.

• Relentlessly Helpful: You genuinely care about the customer experience. Youre the person who won't sleep until a devotee's ritual is handled perfectly.
• Action-Oriented: You prefer doing over theorizing. Youre comfortable picking up the phone, diving into a spreadsheet, or testing a new software tool.
• Startup Soul: You understand that in a small team, no task is too small and no challenge is too big.
