CTC Upto 15 LPA


The Business Manager Lead will be responsible for managing and nurturing key school partnerships

while leading a team of 5 Business Managers. This role acts as a critical bridge between Kreedo and its

partner schoolsensuring seamless delivery, high client satisfaction, issue resolution, and growth of

accounts through effective relationship management and cross-selling.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management


Act as the primary point of contact for assigned schools, ensuring smooth onboarding and

ongoing support.

Build strong, long-term relationships with school stakeholders by understanding their needs and

proactively offering solutions.

Guide schools on effective utilization of the Kreedo curriculum and associated products.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 Business Managers to ensure consistent performance

and service quality.

Allocate accounts, set clear expectations, and monitor team KPIs related to client satisfaction,

delivery, and revenue growth.

Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and on-ground support to enhance team

effectiveness.

Act as the escalation point for complex client issues handled by the team.

Issue & Escalation Handling

Own and resolve high-priority issues or escalations promptly, ensuring minimal impact on client

experience.

Coordinate with internal teams (Academic, Operations, Product, Finance) to drive fast and

effective resolutions.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Collect structured feedback from schools and consolidate insights from the team.

Share actionable feedback with internal stakeholders to improve curriculum delivery, processes,

and overall service quality.

Identify recurring challenges and proactively recommend process improvements.

Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Kreedo products and services to existing schools.

Support the team in pitching relevant offerings that add value to schools while driving revenue

growth.

Ensure ethical, value-driven sales aligned with client success.

Delivery & Compliance

Ensure all client commitments are delivered on time, as promised, and aligned with school

requirements.

Monitor implementation quality across the teams accounts and take corrective action when

needed.

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and updates for management review.
