What You’ll do at Ather

• Be the finance leader for the SBU and a trusted partner to the business leader for all things finance.

• Be the finance sounding board for all growth opportunities. Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen in tailoring financial business cases

• Build robust understanding around business and landscape of the industry which enables you to actively drive financial strategies around launch of new products, pricing, go-to-market strategy, promotions and offers etc. Ability to drive financial prudence with a balanced business view would be critical.

• Build a robust financial plan both for short and long range targeted towards achieving objectives of the SBU. Drive AOP and re-forecasting conversations for capital allocation.

• Establish a strong execution mechanism for the delivery of the financial plan. Build robust financial planning systems for budget management. 

• Anchor strong analytical framework to identify early trendlines of revenue and cost analysis. Identify opportunities for driving efficiencies in capital allocation.

• Tailored insightful presentations, analysis for senior management to present financial results on a monthly basis and drive outlook based critical decisions in such forums.

• Build & Lead a strong performing team with the right attitude to deliver functional and organization goals. 

Here’s What we Are Looking for

• Highly skilled and proficient in creating business models in excels and ability to provide deep insights by way of presentations.

• Strong financial & business acumen with strong understanding of financial forecasting & reporting processes

• Hands on Experience on ERP environment and business intel data platforms 

• Self-starter and high caliber individual who is driven by new challenges and can drive radical changes

• Independent thinker with strong problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in an agile framework in a dynamic environment

You Bring to Ather

• Chartered Accountant (CA); Master's in Business Administration with 8-10 years of total experience (with 6+ years of relevant experience in Automobile, Retail or FMCG sector)
