About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant.

About the Role:

CMoR business support/intelligence role. Incumbent to be good at leading CMoR wide initiatives, coordinate with various stakeholders, leaders, global teams.

Role involves supporting CMoR IP group with respect to process optimization, automation opportunities identification, standardization, financials, BCP, third party support, communication, metrics & adhoc business critical requirements.

This role has significant level of ambiguity & the incumbent is expected to be self-driven, motivated, self-sufficient & flexible with the ambiguity around the role as it shapes up over the course of the year.

Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities will include the following:

Individual contributor role responsible to provide support & intelligence to CMoR IP leadership team. Examples might include but are not limited to: process simplification & standardization opportunities, potential automation opportunities to gain efficiency or effectiveness, finance/budgeting, BCP, Hiring, Staffing, 3rd party support, Executive management review coordination & support CMoR leadership team on various Adhoc initiatives/activities.

Understanding of the policies of the bank and the implementation within the WFIP processes.

Tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.

Help in standardization and harmonization of processes best practices across function and locations

Support CMoR IP team in organization wide initiatives and track them to closure

Required Skills: 

7+ Years in providing business support role for a vertical or horizontal or similar set-up

Good written communication, oral communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, leaders, external entities etc.

Ability to think logically; seamlessly coordinate, problem solving, and relationship building skills

Exposure & knowhow of various operational aspects of business like value stream mapping, finance, BCP, Hiring, Staffing, 3rd party support, Executive Management review coordination etc.

Ability to reach out to various stakeholders, leaders, teams at a short notice to organize/support business requirement at a short notice

Excellent proficiency with MS Office tools and able to organize and prepare material for executive consumption

High learning agility, learns quickly and comfortable with complexity

Self-directed; takes initiative, comfortable with high levels of ambiguity

Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information

Desired Skills: 

Graduate with business / operations support skills / certifications

9+ years of relevant experience with financial services institutions

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly

Proven credentials in seamless business support role including ability to work in deadlines intense environment

Strong Inter-personal Skills and the ability to build relationships with internal partners and external/global stakeholders
