In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Develop and support thematic analysis of customer experience elements (Complaints, technology incidents, etc.) to assess avenues of improvement.
  • Reporting & Analytics PowerPoint decks/presentations, business analysis and overall output.
  • Interpreting complaints and other data relating to customer experience, while aligning to other aspects of Customer financial and operational information to present a complete picture of the customer’s experience across Wells Fargo.
  • Independently prepare root cause analysis of complaints decks aligned with Shared Services Operations lines of business, operations and technology functions - including data presentation and visualization.
  • Working independently to identify topics and themes for analysis, and partnering with Subject Matter Experts across Lines of Business, Operations, Technology, Product Partners and Relationship Managers to determine root cause analysis, applying techniques such as 5 Whys.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer complaints.
  • Prepare accurate ad hoc complaints reporting and analysis when required by key partners or management.
  • Leverage the Enterprise Complaints Management Policy and Enterprise Root Cause Analysis standards to drive development of all relevant artifacts.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to the content and presentation of decks and insights, Complaints RCA Tools and standardized quality aspects.
  • Support and/or manage the Enterprise processes of Emerging Observations, Research and Diagnostics findings and Horizontal Enterprise complaints RCA processes.
  • Expertise in process engineering and effective  process control management.
  • Participate and lead Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) activities as they relate to the CRR team.
  • Apply analytics and business knowledge to identify new and emerging trends.


Job Expectations:

  • 5+ years of prior expertise in the Complaints space, with focus on meeting Enterprise Complaints Standards via actual work output to meet business operations needs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of more than one SSO line of business, it's products, services and customer base.
  • Knowledge of more than one WF Business Unit (for example, CB, CIB, CSBB, etc.)
  • Significant expertise in Excel analysis to drive analysis across multiple customer data sets.
  • Strong focus on developing cross-functional relationships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.
  • Ability to execute independently, and meet all deadlines, in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Adhere to corporate guidelines of working in the office as required by the Enterprise.
