About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
- Breakdown an operations process into its simplest components
- Create the process flows and do value stream mapping.
- Drive functional analysis discussions and requirement gathering for software development.
- Work as part of a high performing cross functional team.
- Understand and articulate SDLC in an agile set up.
- Define and/or understand product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and analysis to gather customer insights.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth development, promotion, and support of the product.
- Drive and develop technology enhancements and enablement to support the strategic direction on behalf of the front lines to support enterprise policy and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to release.
- Create user friendly product experience with focus on usability, customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure product success.
- Plan and execute product launch.
- Foster strong relationship with various leaders through regular & open communication
- Manage senior Internal stakeholders including support groups.
- Create a sustainable and repeatable eco system to support various transformation initiatives proposed by business and functions leads.
- Develops comprehensive project plans.
- Coordinate between various stakeholders like operations/business leads, technology leads and other support leads across locations to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Coordinate with Risk & Finance teams for seeking timely approvals on solutions/ project benefits.
- Monitoring progress of the projects through governance meetings to provide regular updates on transformation projects to senior management & stakeholders
- Keep abreast with industry trends on technology.
- Should have exposure to tools like JIRA, confluence, Visio, Figma, among others.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- Overall 5+ years of work experience that should have 4+ years’ experience in business analysis or any product role.
- Experience or knowledgeable of practices related to delivering privacy and data protection or regulatory privacy projects or other similar work.
- Experience with or basic working knowledge of privacy program components and common supporting workflows, such as regulatory monitoring and regulatory change management, business requirements definition, data inventory and information flow mapping, privacy risk management
- Experience of managing large projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Communication skills and inter-personnel skills
- Understanding of technology to effectively communicate with development teams.
- Highly Initiative taking to drive projects with zeal to difference and add value at
- Broad experience with Banking applications, products, technology
- Broad understanding of banking lines of business
- Ability to understand and articulate regulatory expectations in the banking industry.
- Ability to articulate at least one banking back-office operations process end to end.
- Certification in PMP
- Certified in Agile methodology as a business analyst or a product owner.
- 4+ years’ experience in business analysis or any product role
- Privacy Platform experience
