As a Lead Business Analyst in our KYC Intake Orchestration team, you will be instrumental in defining the product vision and promoting the implementation of key features to enhance our onboarding automation processes. We seek a proactive, strategic thinker who excels in ambiguous environments and possesses strong product management, analytical, and communication skills.

Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Area Product Owner to design and lead the development of essential product features.
  • Provide solution-oriented support across multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams in Product Management, Compliance, Controls, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Garner an in-depth understanding of client and stakeholder needs and translate them into clear and actionable business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements and develop solutions that inform test plans using appropriate processes and technology.
  • Utilize analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement in customer onboarding experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on feature status, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions with Business, Technology and functional partners.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 8+ years of Product Management/Delivery or Business Analysis roles within banking/finance
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, especially Agile
  • Understanding of programming skills like MFEs, APIs, JSON, Micro services, Kafka, Postman, etc. Knowledge of UX design and modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Lucid).
  • Experience with global projects and facilitation of workshops.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for creative problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communications skills that can be consumed at all seniority levels
  • Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders without positional authority. Proactive, adaptable and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to balance strategic objectives with tactical choices for sustained progress.
  • Open to sharing ideas and knowledge, with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to shift from high-level strategy to detailed execution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: 

  •  Subject matter expertise in KYC, AML, and Client Reference Data is a plus.
