Lead - Business Analyst

Strong technical knowledge in Identity and Access Management concepts

Hands on experience on IAM activities like Provisioning, Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, and SQL

High level understanding of modern web application styles (ex: Monolithic App, Single Page App, Micro Services, Restful API etc.)

Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills

Ability to drive meetings, tease out complex requirements from stakeholders, and translate them in to clear user stories

Certifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM I/II is mandatory.

Tooling Mastery: Advanced proficiency in ADO,Jira and Confluence (creating dashboards, filters, and managing boards).

Conflict Resolution: Ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics and build consensus without formal authority.

Metrics-Driven: Experience using data (Lead Time, Throughput) to drive team improvements.
