Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to own and scale the end-to-end brand strategy for our electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler portfolio.


This role will be responsible for building a distinctive brand narrative, designing high-impact campaigns, and translating marketing investments into measurable business outcomes including showroom footfall, qualified leads, and vehicle conversions.

The Brand Marketing Lead will sit at the intersection of consumer insight, storytelling, and commercial growth, shaping how the brand shows up across mass media, digital ecosystems, and retail environments.


The mandate goes beyond campaign execution. The leader will define the brands voice in the rapidly evolving EV mobility category, ensuring that every consumer touchpoint from a TV campaign to a dealership visit reinforces a consistent and compelling brand experience.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Digital, and Regional teams, this role will ensure marketing initiatives are directly aligned with market expansion, demand generation, and dealership performance.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define and continuously refine a clear, differentiated brand positioning grounded in deep consumer insights, category trends, and product truths.

Build a compelling brand narrative for electric mobility that resonates with modern Indian consumers while reinforcing trust, innovation, and performance.

Develop long-term brand architecture and messaging frameworks across product categories, ensuring clarity and consistency across two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments.

Act as the brand custodian, ensuring every campaign, dealership experience, and consumer interaction reflects a cohesive and premium brand identity.


Integrated Marketing Campaigns (360)

Lead the planning and execution of high-impact 360 brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, retail, and experiential platforms.

Manage multi-channel campaign rollouts across television, print, outdoor media, digital platforms, influencer ecosystems, and on-ground activations.

Partner with creative agencies to build storytelling-led campaigns that stand out in a crowded mobility market.

Develop campaign frameworks that combine mass reach with targeted engagement, ensuring optimal marketing efficiency.


Retail & Showroom Marketing

Design and deploy retail-first marketing strategies that directly drive dealership footfall and product consideration.

Lead showroom activation programs including demo drives, launch events, community engagement initiatives, and experiential brand showcases.

Develop localized marketing programs tailored to regional consumer behavior and dealer market dynamics.

Ensure dealership environments reflect the brands positioning and deliver a compelling product discovery experience.


Digital-to-Offline Demand Generation

Leverage digital-to-retail marketing strategies to convert online engagement into physical showroom visits.

Deploy geo-targeted campaigns, localized social media marketing, and hyperlocal digital advertising to capture high-intent audiences.

Integrate QR-enabled OOH, digital lead capture mechanisms, and omnichannel consumer journeys to improve lead conversion efficiency.

Work closely with digital and performance marketing teams to optimize the online-to-offline funnel.


Consumer Insights & Brand Analytics

Translate consumer behavior, market trends, and EV adoption insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Establish measurement frameworks for tracking brand awareness, brand consideration, and customer perception shifts.

Monitor and optimize key marketing performance indicators including:

  • Showroom footfall
  • Lead generation volume
  • Test ride participation
  • Conversion rates
  • Sales uplift from campaigns
  • Brand health metrics

Continuously refine campaign strategies based on data-driven insights and performance analysis.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales teams and dealer networks to ensure marketing initiatives directly support retail demand generation.

Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to translate product innovation into compelling consumer messaging.

Partner with Digital and Growth teams to ensure seamless integration between brand marketing and performance marketing initiatives.

Align with regional teams to ensure national campaigns are effectively localized for market relevance.


Budget & Agency Management

Own and manage the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring disciplined allocation across ATL, digital, and retail channels.

Partner with creative agencies, media houses, experiential partners, and production vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Ensure all marketing investments deliver strong ROI and measurable business impact.

Continuously evaluate new channels and platforms to maximize marketing effectiveness and reach.


What Were Looking For

810 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within high-consumer-engagement sectors such as automotive, consumer durables, mobility, or FMCG.

Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and retail channels.

Strong track record of driving showroom traffic, demand generation, and retail conversions through marketing programs.

Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and omnichannel consumer journeys.

A strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and storytelling capability.

Ability to combine brand-building with commercial impact, ensuring marketing initiatives translate into measurable business growth.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across sales, product, and regional teams.

Experience working with creative agencies and media partners to deliver large-scale campaigns.
