We are looking for a Senior Bench Sales professional who specializes in marketing senior-level H1B consultants, particularly in the SAP consulting space. The ideal candidate brings a strong network of prime and white vendors, an aggressive approach to vendor management, and a proven ability to position consultants for top opportunities.


Responsibilities:

Expertly market senior H1B consultants to prime and white vendors as well as direct clients.

Build, expand, and maintain strong vendor relationships with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Guide consultants on improving their LinkedIn presence, branding, and market visibility.

Craft compelling outreach emails and marketing materials to effectively engage vendors and clients.

Stay current on SAP industry trends to better position consultants in the market.


Requirements:

37 years of experience in bench sales, H1B consultant marketing, or IT staffing.

Proven experience building and managing relationships with prime and white vendors.

Experience with SAP consultants or knowledge of SAP modules is a strong plus.

Strong LinkedIn presence and excellent networking abilities.

Established connections with direct clients and implementation partners.

Excellent email writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven in achieving consultant placements.
