Role Overview

Were looking for an experienced Amazon Ads professional to lead our AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) team. Youll be responsible for shaping Backbones advertising strategy, mentoring a growing team, and ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the AMS team managing Sponsored Ads, DSP, and brand campaigns across marketplaces

Build account strategies focused on ROAS, TACOS, and profitability

Guide campaign analysis, bid optimization, and automation initiatives

Collaborate with account managers and creative teams for full-funnel ad planning

Train team members to stay ahead on marketplace trends and ad tools

Own reporting, client performance reviews, and growth metrics

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing Amazon Ads or similar PPC channels

Strong analytical and leadership skills

Hands-on experience with keyword research, bids, and campaign scaling

Comfortable managing multiple brand accounts and mentoring a team

Prior agency experience is a plus
