We are seeking a skilled and driven Lead Audiologist to join our growing team in Bangalore . This hybrid role includes clinic-based services , home visits , and leadership responsibilities .

• Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings
• Provide high-quality home-visit audiology services
• Generate and nurture leads to grow the clinics client base
• Liaise with ENT surgeons, hospitals, and referral partners
• Ensure exceptional patient care and service standards
• Support training and development of junior staff

• BASLP/MASLP or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of private/commercial audiology experience
