1. Campus & Institution Engagement
- Identify and onboard architectural colleges for long-term engagement programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HODs, faculty, and training coordinators.
- Plan and execute campus engagement calendars for workshops, seminars, and competitions.
2. Student Engagement & Education
- Conduct product knowledge sessions, technical demonstrations, and hands-on workshops on Pidilite solutions (Dr. Fixit, ROFF, Fevicol, etc.).
- Organize student-oriented events: design challenges, model-making contests, innovation labs, site visits, etc.
- Support student interns/projects related to construction materials and waterproofing.
3. Brand & Product Advocacy
- Position Pidilite as the preferred partner in the architectural ecosystem.
- Showcase real-life case studies, application techniques, and the science behind Pidilite solutions.
- Encourage adoption of Pidilite products in academic projects and practical curriculum.
5. Content & Program Development
- Develop engaging presentations, training modules, and workshop content tailored to architecture students
Qualification:
- B. Arch with 12-15 years experience in Architectural firms or Colleges
