Sunshine Productions, backed by a leading movie production house, is reimagining hospitalitynot as a collection of rooms and corridors, but as moments that linger: the warmth of firelight under a starlit sky, the hush of dawn across a lake, the way a guest feels when they finally exhale.

We are creating resorts, jungle camps, and destination properties across Indias most breathtaking wildlife corridorsTadoba, Kanha, Bandhavgarh, and beyond. These are not hotels. They are stories carved in stone, wood, light, and silence.

We are looking for a Lead Architect who can hold the story of a resort in their hands, from raw land to a living, breathing destination. Someone who doesnt just design buildings but shapes experiences: where guests pause, what they notice first, what stays with them long after they leave.

In this role, you will:

• Read a landscape before drawing on it.
• Translate vision into plans that actually get built.
• Hold design intent steady even when timelines, budgets, and realities push back.
• Work seamlessly with planners, consultants, forest and government authorities, and hospitality partners like Taj and Oberoiensuring every decision, on-site and on paper, preserves the story.

Here, architecture becomes cinema you can walk into. Every resort you create will be a destination people travel across the world to experience.
