Lead Architect

Role

• Understand land conditions and project context
• Draft clear design briefs
• Propose optimal planning options
• Handle approvals from the board
• Identify and coordinate with primary architect design studios
• Source facility planners, MEP and HVAC consultants
• Maintain design integrity across all stages
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships
• Coordinate design intent with operating teams such as Taj or Oberoi

Mandatory Experience

• 2-5 years of experience
• Must have experience designingresorts and hotels
• Strong understanding of large scale hospitality planning and execution
