Lead Architect – Design & Project Head

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Lead Architect who can independently manage

architectural projects from concept design to execution coordination. This role requires

strong leadership, design authority, and the ability to handle clients, consultants, and teams

confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning, concept development, and design finalization
• Independently handle complete project lifecycle
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants
• Review and approve architectural drawings for quality and constructability
• Interact directly with clients and statutory authorities
• Guide and mentor senior architects and drafting teams
• Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, NBC, and applicable regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture
• Strong expertise in architectural planning and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of 3D design software like SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape

• Experience with authority submissions and approvals
• Strong communication, English fluency, leadership, and decision-making skills

Preferred Profile

• Exposure to institutional and large residential projects
• Familiarity with Surat / Gujarat approval systems
