About the Role:
In the Lead Enterprise Architect role, you will independently execute specialized architectural tasks and support complex projects. You will ensure that enterprise architecture solutions are viable and align well with organizational objectives, providing valuable insights and technical support to your team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of advanced architecture models.
• Independently execute technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Conduct comprehensive compatibility and integration assessments.
• Oversee the formulation and enforcement of architecture standards.
• Facilitate technical planning for critical enterprise projects.
• Act as a primary point of contact for intricate architectural issues.
• Ensure the quality and performance of architecture projects.
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term architectural goals.
• Document and manage the deployment of architectural changes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the architecture domain.

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in primary job family or field of specialization; has a wide-range of experiences and advanced technical acumen serving as an advisor to management
• Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve technology products, or to improve processes or services through applicable technology
• Leads others in solving complex technical problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations; may lead job family / cross-job family group teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity;
• Impacts the achievement of project objectives; work is guided by technical and professional standards and guidelines
• Communicates difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a different point of view
• Acts as advisor on advanced and broad ranging projects
