Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with 14 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure IoT Edge FreeRTOS Linux and Embedded Systems using C/C++. This role requires a deep understanding of detailed design in tech devices. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of embedded systems projects using C/C++.Oversee the integration of Azure IoT Edge solutions to enhance device connectivity and functionality.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop detailed technical solutions for tech devices.Ensure the reliability and performance of FreeRTOS-based systems through rigorous testing and validation.Develop and maintain Linux-based embedded systems ensuring optimal performance and security.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to embedded systems and IoT solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.Document technical specifications design decisions and development processes for future reference.Work closely with product managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and processes within the team.Ensure that all development activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
