Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of Pega Platform with other systems to ensure seamless operations.Provide expertise in Pega Cloud to optimize deployment and performance.Conduct Pega Sizing and Capacity Planning to ensure scalability and efficiency.Implement Pega Monitoring and Control to maintain system health and performance.Manage Pega Release Management processes to ensure smooth transitions and updates.Perform Pega Performance Tuning to enhance system responsiveness and reliability.Oversee Pega Installation to ensure proper setup and configuration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Pega solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Pega implementations.Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Pega capabilities and performance.Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Pega Cloud Pega Platform and Pega Integration.Demonstrate expertise in Pega Sizing and Capacity Planning.Show proficiency in Pega Monitoring and Control.Have experience in Pega Release Management and Performance Tuning.Be skilled in Pega Installation and configuration.Nice to have experience in Re-credentialing and Credentialing Application Processing.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
