• Infrastructure Design & Management
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Linux-based servers and services across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions for repeatable and automated deployments.
• Automation & CI/CD
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Monitoring & Performance
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues proactively.
• Security & Compliance
  • Ensure infrastructure adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Manage access controls, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaboration
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration between applications and infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and support for DevOps best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise
  • College Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in Linux administration (Redhat).
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Cloud & Networking
  • Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
• Scripting & Programming
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.
