Lead Analyst/Team Lead-(SQL+ETL+Data Warehouse)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Lead Analyst - 4.5 6 Years | Team Lead- 6 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead and contribute across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse solutions
• Mentor and guide 23 team members on technical best practices and delivery standards
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders with strong communication and presentation skills
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues within defined SLAs
• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across deliverables
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and data practices

Required Skills:-

• Strong IT background with exposure to operations / production environments
• Expert-level SQL skills (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in ETL development and Data Warehousing concepts
• Experience with data modeling, data pipelines, and large datasets
• Proven experience in team mentoring or technical leadership
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:-

• Hands-on Python experience for data processing and automation
