The Opportunity: Architecting Agentic Sales
We are an AI engineering firm shipping high-velocity, end-to-end systems. We don't believe in "dialing for dollars." We believe in Agentic Automation .
You will be the sole commercial engine in the company. You are not here to manually type emails or click "connect" on LinkedIn. You are here to design and manage the agents that do it for you. You will inherit a high-performing engineering team and a product with market fit - your job is to build the machine that captures revenue.
This is a 100% Individual Contributor (IC) role . You will own the full cycle: from orchestrating n8n workflows to closing contracts with CEOs
The Mission
- Manage the AI SDR: You will not do manual prospecting on LinkedIn. Instead, you will deploy and manage AI SDR Valley to handle autonomous LinkedIn outreach, engagement, and qualification. You are the strategist; Valley is your scout.
- Build Custom Workflows: For everything outside of LinkedIn, you build the pipes. You will use n8n to orchestrate complex, multi-step workflows that research prospects and trigger actions based on buying signals.
- Master the Modern Stack: You will move beyond legacy CRMs. You will manage our pipeline in LightField , handle rapid communications via Shortwave , and run high-volume email campaigns via Instantly .
- Consultative Closing: Once the agents (Valley & n8n) book the meeting, you take over. You will diagnose technical bottlenecks and prescribe our engineering solutions to CTOs.
The "Must-Haves"
- The Closer Track Record: You have personally sourced and closed $250,000+ in revenue in the last 12 months. We need a builder who also knows how to get ink on paper.
- Workflow Automation Fluency: You don't just "use" software; you connect it. You have experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make . You understand webhooks, JSON, and API calls.
- Agentic Mindset: You understand the difference between a "sequence" and an "agent." You are excited to work alongside AI tools like Valley rather than competing with them.
- Deal Mechanics: Experience closing deals ranging from $10k to $50k . You know how to navigate procurement, multi-stakeholder decisions, and technical pushback.
