Core Responsibilities Lead AI/ML, Vision Products

• Lead development of computer vision models & pipelines for images/videos (detection, classification, segmentation, OCR, video analysis).
• Build end-to-end vision ML systems: preprocessing, training, inference, evaluation, and deployment (cloud/edge).
• Optimize & fine-tune deep learning models for real-time, production-grade applications.
• Translate CV capabilities into scalable enterprise products; integrate models into workflows & APIs.
• Provide technical leadership: mentor ML teams, define best practices, and drive architecture & deployment decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts to solve real-world AI problems.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML with significant work in computer vision systems.
• Strong experience building production-grade computer vision models for images and videos.
• Hands-on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience implementing and deploying models such as:

-CNN-based architectures

-transformer-based vision models

-object detection frameworks

-segmentation models

• Experience working with large-scale image or video datasets.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building ML pipelines.
