AI Labs at Dr. Reddys operates like a startup: small team, high pace, zero bureaucracy. Based out of our AI Lab located in Hyderabad, you will lead a hands-on team of early-career engineers and data scientists to explore where AI can fundamentally improve how we innovate, make and deliver medicines.

What youll do

Identify high-impact problems worth solving with AI

Build prototypes that challenge assumptions and deliver evidence, not opinions

Mentor and grow a young team through execution, not supervision

Move successful experiments into scalable, production-grade solutions

Keep us grounded in responsible and ethical AI while moving fast

What you must know

LLMs, RAG systems, vector search and GenAI architectures

Python, ML engineering practices and modern MLOps

Cloud deployment at scale (Google preferred)

How to evaluate models rigorously and improve them iteratively
