Experience

• 5+ years exclusively in AI/ML engineering
• Must have worked on production-grade AI systems, not just pilots or hackathons
• Strong hands-on builder not an architect-only profile

• Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate
• Prompt Engineering & optimization
• End-to-end LLM deployment on AWS / Azure
• Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, ETL pipelines

Model Engineering

• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Fine-tuning LLMs
• Model evaluation frameworks
• Performance optimization & inference scaling

Data & Systems

• Strong SQL (DML, joins, queries)
• Big Data exposure
• Vector DB architecture design

Governance & Ethics

• Bias mitigation
• AI security best practices
• Ethical AI compliance standards
