Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Administrator with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This role involves managing and optimizing our SAP landscape to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the companys overall success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of SAP BTP environments to support business processes.
  • Provide expertise in SAP HANA Administration to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Execute SAP Basis Administration duties to support the overall SAP landscape.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems.
  • Develop and implement best practices for SAP system administration and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
  • Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to track performance metrics.
  • Provide training and support to junior administrators to build team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP BTP Administration to support business operations.
  • Have extensive experience in SAP HANA Administration for data integrity and efficiency.
  • Show capability in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin to maintain system stability.
  • Exhibit skills in SAP Basis Administration to support the SAP landscape.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show ability to develop and implement best practices for system administration.
