Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Administrator with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP on AWS SAP Technical Upgrade SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This hybrid role requires strong domain skills in Data Models and operates during the day shift.
Responsibilities
Lead the administration and maintenance of SAP systems on AWS to ensure optimal performance and availability.Oversee SAP technical upgrades and ensure seamless transitions with minimal downtime.Provide expert administration of SAP S/4HANA ensuring system stability and performance.Manage SAP BTP Administration tasks ensuring efficient integration and operation.Administer SAP HANA databases ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.Handle NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA administration ensuring smooth operation of SAP applications.Perform SAP Basis Administration tasks including system monitoring tuning and troubleshooting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data models that support business needs.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all SAP administration tasks.Develop and maintain documentation for SAP systems and processes.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SAP on AWS demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize cloud-based SAP systems.Have a proven track record in SAP Technical Upgrade ensuring smooth and efficient upgrades.Demonstrate expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration maintaining system stability and performance.Show proficiency in SAP BTP Administration ensuring seamless integration and operation.Exhibit strong skills in SAP HANA Administration maintaining data integrity and performance.Have experience in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring smooth application operation.Possess solid SAP Basis Administration skills including system monitoring and troubleshooting.Have strong domain skills in Data Models supporting business needs through effective design and implementation.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and system improvements.
