We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Adaptive AUTOSAR Test Engineer to lead component-level and system-level validation for next-generation automotive platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Adaptive AUTOSAR component testing including:
• COM
• Persistency
• Cryptography (ISO 21434)
• Diagnostics
• Using Vector tools (CANoe/CANalyzer) integrated with Jenkins-based test orchestration.
• Drive validation of:
• Base Software (BSW) components
• Communication stacks
• Network Management
• Diagnostic services
• Design and optimize comprehensive automotive software test strategies:
• Functional testing
• Regression testing
• Performance testing
• Security testing
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Firmware, DSP Algorithms, QA) to:
• Define test requirements
• Review specifications
• Ensure robust system validation
• Ensure compliance with automotive regulatory and safety standards:
• ISO 26262
• AUTOSAR
• ASPICE
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AUTOSAR architecture (Classic & Adaptive) and related test methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR communication protocols:
• SOME/IP
• SecOC
• DoIP
• End-to-End (E2E) protection
• 10+ years of automotive embedded software testing experience.
• Strong programming skills in:
• Python
• C++
• (for automation frameworks and test development)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
• Test case development & execution
• Testbeds and simulation environments
• Strong debugging and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using:
• Jenkins
• Jira
• Bitbucket
• Experience working in Agile (Sprint-based development & integration testing).
• Experience in containerized environments:
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in automotive domains such as:
• ADAS
