Job Description:

Qualification : B. Com/M. Com/CA Inter/CA (Profiles can be considered on the experience and Knowledge in exception profiles) .
Time : 8am to 8pm (Rotational Shifts)
Number of days working : 6 Days (1 day rotational off, apart from Sunday)
LOP : Mysore
Experience level : 4 years and above
Preference is for CA & CA Inter
Knowledge / experience in Direct Income Tax ( GST,Service Tax,CGST )
Candidates need to interact with Income tax officers or executives in resolving problems
Candidates need to have Indian Income tax knowledge only
Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills
Good knowledge of accounting, taxation. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
Should have good command and Fluency over English, Hindi + Any other regional language will be added advantage.
Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
Should be comfortable working from office.
Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customers time
Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
