Job Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

The Opportunity

Enabling the Business plan through patient impact and P&L sustainability

• You will co-create customer centric approach process & learning aligned to achievements of patient impact 

• You will create & establish Healthcare Ecosystem Value Proposition for business, leveraging Academy capability strategy & engagements 

• You will create & establish value addition to the Network with Roche Academy capabilities on capability building strategies & resources and Create bespoke capability building for New Product Launches and ensure business readiness of all the required team members

• You will create Role / Function based Personalized Learning to identify & build capability in real-time

• You will enhance the current set of learning engagements as a part of building business readiness for all roles in the organization (e.g. Prarambh, Gurukul, Evolve, Personalized Learning, etc)

• You will establish & implement Academy 3.0, strategically aligned to Affiliate business & culture imperatives

Innovation & Key projects

• You will co-create learning engagements and solutions for process learning under the DCER initiative & achieve higher digital maturity

• You will leverage on the Global P&OG Network & Global Learning Resources to Build Bespoke Capability for the Affiliate

Culture

• You will build manager & leadership coaching capabilities & culture aligned to VACC, to sustain learning application

• You will establish a learning organization and an ecosystem to continuously build current and future capabilities / talent

• You will establish engagements & interventions to sustain global Transformation mindsets & ways of working

Compliance & Governance

• You will build and execute >95% end-to-end capability building governance & compliance with baseline to incremental measurements for all engagements

Who you are

• You are an MBA with minimum 10 years of experience in learning & development/training. Experience with Pharma commercial organizations is an advantage.

• You demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize work to align with overall Roche vision and stop/prioritize activities not aligned with P&C operating model and decision principles.

• You demonstrate excellent situational assessment and objective evaluation skills, with an ability to comprehend and translate complex topics into manageable pieces, to then position the topics with strong communication and group facilitation capabilities

• You demonstrate ability to leverage technology and data to generate insights as foundation for diagnosis, recommendations and decisions.

• You demonstrate passion and ability to leverage digital tools for collaboration, co-creation and sharing across the system
