Lead - ISP

We are looking for a highly skilled Transmission ISP Implementation Manager to join our Circle team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of transmission and ISP projects, ensuring they meet internal and external customer requirements.

This role involves vendor management, material handling, and coordination with various stakeholders to deliver a robust backhaul and transmission network within the given TAT.

The candidate will also be responsible for performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvements. 

Understanding of wireline transport network, fixed line broadband, OTN, MSAN, Data circuit - ILP / Lease Line/ PRI. Transporter network SDH, DWDM, LCD, Metro Core and transport CEN. Equipment of various vendor Huawei, Nokia, Ciena, Cisco, ECI etc. and basic working knowledge of technologies related to these devices.

·        Total Transport deployment as of AOP  and WO received - Achieved target set by the Central Team.

·        Tag Augmentation as per business priorities.

·         FRS of Mobility sites as per the priority defined. 

·        Timely conversion from OH to UG

·        Fiberation of FTTB sites and coordination for RFS as per business priorities.

·        All AT and Audit compliance.

·        Adherence to all Quality requirements. 

·        Monthly KPI Monitoring and Review.

·        KPI Reporting

·        Proactive input for material planning and follow-up

·        Timely material booking.

·        Cut over of sites as per planning..

·        Vendor Identification/Registration with SCM

·         Performance Monitoring and Review

·        Vendor bill processing

·        Proper coordination with Liasoning, Planning, O&M, IFR & SCM etc. for smooth delivery and functioning.

Equipment optimization, IMT, ID to OD, temperature setting, VODC, Hot Air Duct, site shifting, end of life equipment removal, SDH removal, PUE, rent reduction through coordination with owners and other initiatives as per guidelines time to time.

Voice Core Network IMS & NGN of Huawei. Coordination with various Private and Govt POI partners. Maintenance & fault handling of various equipment, system and servers involved

I&C and Network Integration of equipment MSAN,  card/ SFP, SDH, OTN, LCD, DWDM node, Metro Core, CEN. Access & Core equipment as per requirement time to time.

Initiating network augmentation and co-coordinating with planning, NOC and other field teams for including Transporter, Utility and vendor completion of working and ensure timely delivery

Process oriented and ensuring processes are being followed sincerely. Conducting audits as per requirements.

Operating Test instrument for carrying the equipment and network testing Ethernet and BER Tester, OSA, Oscilloscope, SDH Analyzer, LS & PM, SLM etc. Understanding of Performance results.
